• No proof of purchase
• Claim lodged for comfort preference
• Removal of mattress label
• Body impressions less than 40mm on both sides
• Insufficient turning and rotation
• Incorrect storage or moving
• Continued excessive perimeter weight or force
• Use of liquids and chemicals to clean the mattress
• Floor models sold “as is”
• Products subjected to weight in excess of its design limits
• Products used for purposes other than that for which it is constructed
• Transportation or inspection costs after free warranty period has expired

Care and Maintenance for Glamline Mattress

1. Regular Rotation and Flipping:
   Rotate and flip the mattress every 6 weeks to maintain even wear.
2. Use a Supportive Base:
   Ensure the mattress is placed on the provided slatted pine base for optimal support and longevity.
3. Protect the Surface:
   Cover the mattress with a waterproof, or cotton mattress protector to safeguard the bamboo fabric and foam layers from stains and spills.
4. Avoid Heavy Pressure:
   Prevent excessive pressure or weight on specific areas to protect the foam edge support and spring system.
5. Clean Gently:
   Spot clean the knitted bamboo fabric with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Do not soak or steam clean.
6. Keep It Dry:
   Ensure the mattress remains dry to prevent moisture damage to the foam and fabric layers.
7. Transport with Care:
   If moving, use the double-walled cardboard packaging for protection during transport and avoid bending the mattress.
8. Base Upholstery Care:
   Clean the upholstered base with a soft brush or vacuum to maintain its appearance and ensure it complements the mattress.
